Dear Friends and Patients of ALPHA Health Services;

We want to personally send all of you a note to wish you all the best for 2022. When we wrote to you all a year ago, we were all hoping for a return to a world where we could hug our loved ones, venture outside our homes without a mask and participate in non- socially distanced events.  Sadly, that hasn’t happened yet; 2021 continued to challenge us all, testing our resilience and forcing us to continue to navigate uncertainty in our lives. But we do hope the start of 2022 finds all of you and your families healthy and safe.

At ALPHA we were fortunate to never have closed our doors through the pandemic – we are considered an emergency service. The net result meant that early in 2020 we had to move quickly to make sure protocols, scheduling, infection control and PPE inventory were in place, well organized, and executed properly. ALPHA has operated safely throughout this entire pandemic, with no reported spread of COVID 19 in the clinic, thanks to YOU, our ALPHA community. We appreciate your support, flexibility, your willingness to adhere to protocols and clinic procedures, and, perhaps most of all, your willingness to trust us with your rehabilitation needs during these scary times.

We have worked hard to build a supportive, knowledgeable and caring team at ALPHA, and I know I speak on behalf of all the practitioners when we say it has been an honour to work with you this past year. Thank you for letting us be part of your 2021 – we know this year has been riddled with uncertainty, isolation, and even loss and it has tested all of us. We, at ALPHA, have been grateful to our ALPHA community for letting us help you and for trusting us to keep you safe during your rehabilitation journeys.  It has been a pleasure and a privilege to work with you and for you and we look forward to continuing to help you reach your health and rehabilitation goals.

Charlotte started ALPHA in 2013, and over the years she has been delighted to welcome talented practitioners and staff to the clinic.

As a clinic we have big goals for 2022, including expanded services at both locations but we continue to be true to our mission statement established in 2013:

To provide effective, efficient and informed one on one care that will enable you to achieve your physical goals. The focus will be to identify and treat the root cause(s) of issues negatively impacting your physicality and quality of life, to prevent secondary issues from occurring and to teach you the tools and techniques to maintain the improvements we make in clinic.

As we continue to expand our services in order to provide the highest standard of integrated rehabilitative care, we promise to maintain the standards of care and professionalism that patients have become accustomed to and that we are proud to offer. We promise to take good care of your friends and family.

We would like to close this with a personal thank you … our practice at ALPHA has helped us navigate COVID-19; getting up every morning to work with our colleagues and patients at ALPHA have kept us focussed and given us perspective in a very trying time. We look forward to another year, and all of us at ALPHA are grateful for everyone in our ALPHA family. Wishing you all the best, and a safe, healthy, and happy new year. Thank you for being part of our community.

Sincerely,
